Founder and Principal BrokerNiko is the founder and principal broker of Niko Collaborative which he created alongside some of the brightest talent in the industry. His endless optimism and positivity spreads through his client interactions, team members, and colleagues. He excels in synthesizing creative solutions that realize people’s full potential.
For more than 2 decades as a Real Estate Agent, Niko has immersed himself in mastering the skills and cutting-edge practices that keep him recognized among the top 1% of agents working in the industry. His leadership extends beyond the team as well, he is a founder and executive board member of the Keller Williams OneChicago brokerage, a founder and primary investor in the OneTitle Company, was a founder and Operating Principal of Owl Property Management which he sold in 2019 after managing over 800 rental apartments for nearly 9 years, and previously served on the Board of Directors for both the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and Illinois REALTORS® Association, among other achievements.
Born and raised in Chicago, Niko grew up in Lincoln Park, attended Park West CoOp Nursery School, Lincoln Elementary School, and Francis W. Parker before earning a BA in Psychology at Boston University. He currently lives in the Lakeview neighborhood with his wife Jacquie and 3 daughters. He enjoys restaurants, cooking, sharing meals with his family, learning local history, architecture, and traveling - especially to the Greek islands.
